The Mer-Ka-Ba is a counter-rotating field of light, activated by the rotation of specific geometric shapes that simultaneously affect our spirit and body, Merkaba. It is a vehicle that can help the mind, body and spirit access and to experience other planes of realities and life potentials. The word Mer-Ka-Ba is composed of three syllables corresponding to three words: Mer, Ka, Ba. These words come from ancient Egypt.
"Mer", refers to a specific type of light that was known in Egypt in ancient times, Mer was seen as two counter-rotating fields of light revolving in the same space. These fields begin to rotate under the impulse of particular breaths.
"Ka" refers to the individual spirit of the person.
