Chakra Liberation Reiki™ is an intermediate Master Practitioner & Teacher energy system designed to take you on a progressive journey through the seven principal chakras.

Rather than simply sending Reiki to all seven chakras at once, this system encourages you to slow down and explore each energy centre individually.

You learn to notice where your attention is being drawn, gently create energetic space, replenish the chosen chakra with fresh Reiki energy and then integrate that work into the whole energetic system.

At the heart of Chakra Liberation Reiki™ is a distinctive four-stage process:

SCAN • RELEASE • REPLENISH • INTEGRATE

✦ The Chakra Liberation Cycle

SCAN

The first stage is about awareness.

You gently move your attention through the chakra system and notice which centre seems to be calling for attention.

There is no need to see auras or physically feel chakras.

You simply observe.

RELEASE

Once you have chosen a chakra, the Release current is introduced.

Rather than aggressively trying to remove a blockage, Release creates space and movement around the energy centre.

The process is intended to be gentle and progressive.

REPLENISH

After creating space, fresh Reiki energy is introduced through the Replenish current.

The chakra is surrounded and filled with luminous energy associated with its individual qualities.

INTEGRATE

Finally, the renewed chakra is brought back into relationship with the complete energy system.

This is an important part of Chakra Liberation Reiki™.

We don't simply clear an energy centre and move on.

We allow the work to settle, harmonise and integrate.
