Breathing Color

Breath color is a form of meditation. You just imagine yourself sucking and spitting colors. Do this in a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Breathe about 12 to 19 times a minute until you reach a constant rhythm. Start with your head, go down your feet and darken yourself with the white light coming out of your toes. Keep this vision in mind for about two minutes.

 

Then visualize yourself surrounded by the intense light of the selected color. Red, yellow and orange are pulled out of the earth through their feet. Blue, indigo and violet are pulled out of the atmosphere through the head. However, the green has its own unit. This should be considered to enter the stomach at a horizontal level. Allow the green to rise above your belly for a few minutes, then for a few minutes toward your feet.

 

Breathe in the color and let it travel to your lungs, heart and solar plexus. As you breathe in, imagine a complementary color. Now bathe your whole body with pure white light for two to three minutes. You can do this exercise in the morning or evening bath. Just relax and give yourself time to enjoy and imagine the colors you need. Usually the first thing that comes to your mind is what you need.
