Meditation and Yoga were once considered strange things, delving into the occult and people did not readily believe in them. There were misconceptions that yoga and meditation were part of the activities done by members of some mysterious Asian sect. Others claimed that they did not merit all the hype; they could never deliver the results they promised. But, many of them have come to notice today that yoga and meditation are actually very helpful to the body.
