Managing Your Stress By Managing Your Time

Are you one of those who want to spend 30 hours a day? Enough for you to send your child to school, cook gourmet meals, maintain a garden, maintain a large five-bedroom home, play the piano, and read a good book and sit by the fire Want to spend time? In fact, many Americans today face a shortage of time. I don't have enough time in a day to achieve everything I need. This situation creates a tremendous amount of stress. You may feel that you are always open within the deadline. We may feel tired and frustrated, we spend a lot of time "doing" and we don't have enough time to "think", so we think we're missing out on a lot of our lives.

The good news is that there is hope even in the midst of an unforeseen situation. We can control our lives and times. It may take a little effort and time, but in the long run it will be worth it. The first step we need to take. Many people feel that they do not have time to do important things in life, because they do not take the time to prioritize. Write a list of your goals for the week, year and the next five years. When you do your first brainstorming session, you can list the goals in any order. Then go through the goals and rank them in order of importance. After completing this task, determine how long it will take you to complete each goal. You may find that just five minutes can make all the changes here or in the world when it comes to hitting items on your priority list. After this, you will learn to do many tasks effectively.
