This way, you can be sure that you are getting enough rest and exercise. One thing that can increase your stress levels is weight gain. College is known for being "Freshman 15", or adding 15 pounds to your body during your first year of class. To combat this, try cutting out unhealthy snacks like potato chips and cookies.
