How To Heal Yourself

Most people need a lot of energy to stay healthy. You need to be open-minded about the ongoing problems or worries in your life. You can use meditation or visual imagery to help you relax.

Breathing is always a great way to relax. Have rhythmic breathing regularly. On inspiration, imagine the entry of pure white light into your body. As you breathe in, visualize any negativity that may be leaving your body. Send this negative energy to the ground so it can be neutralized. Washing your hands and visualizing the negative energy going down the drain can help. You can also use bells or chimes to help clean the auric field. Many other ways to cleanse the aura include burning incense, seeking protection and cleansing, rubbing incense into your hands and wiping around the auric field and calling on the universal power to help you.

You can use these suggestions or you can find something else in your practice that works. Use this. There is nothing wrong with Reiki. If you follow your intuition, you must. No matter how much you want to help someone else, always take care of yourself. Powerful people use their own power and end up feeling vulnerable. It also makes you susceptible to disease and any negative energies that revolve around. Guide Reiki mentally and use your hands as utensils to deliver vessels to another person. Your intention is to heal the person or give them some relief from their pain. Intention is the most important thing in Reiki. Always have good intentions for yourself or your patients. Most importantly, practice Reiki every day to stay strong and help others.
